Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict, who have been together for the past two decades and met on the sets of Hollywood Horror, are reportedly considering a divorce. The pair had been married for 14 years before reaching the conclusion that they could no longer live together as husband and wife. They justified their decision to go their separate ways by pointing to their inability to reconcile their disagreements on important matters.
Hardrict is also known for his work as an actor, and since the 1990s, he has acted in a variety of television productions. He first became acquainted with Mowry while working on the set of the movie Hollywood Horror. The couple dated for six years before being married on Christmas Day in 2006. And the two are scheduled to part ways for the final time in October month of the year 2022.
The couple announced that they have filed for a divorce. However, they did not confirm the specifics of the divorce terms that were filed. There is a strong belief that the actress was the one who initiated the request for shared custody of their children by both of the parents.
Their disagreement also appeared in the past when during their appearance on People the TV Show in February of 2021, the couple discussed the difficulties that come with being married. Mowry stated that equality was essential and that she and her partner did their best to avoid limiting their parenting responsibilities to conventional gender roles.
Tia Mowry made the announcement in an Instagram post, in which she also disclosed that she and her ex-husband will continue to be friends and will share parental responsibilities for their two children. Mowry also stated that she is appreciative of the many joyful occasions that they shared together and that they will never forget.
